Instruction
2013 North Kingstown Junior Golf School

| Ages: | Six and up |
| Fee: | $110 per student if paid by June 17th, $135 if paid after June 17th. Fee includes five instructional sessions and on course play day at the end of the session. |
| Dates: | The school will be conducted once a week for five weeks beginning Tuesday, June 25th and running through Wednesday, July 24th. You will have a choice of either a Tuesday or Wednesday session. |
| Times: | Classes begin at 4:30 sharp and last one hour and fifteen minutes. |
| Content: | The school will provide instruction in etiquette, grip and stance, iron shots, wood shots, chipping and putting, and wedge and bunker play. |
| Play Day: | Students displaying interest and proficiency will be invited to a play day on a weekend to be determined. Details of this tournament will be available by the last session of the school. There is no additional fee for this event. Each player must have his or her own set of clubs to take part in the play day. |
| Clubs: | If your child has their own clubs they should bring them to each session. The golf shop stocks individual junior clubs and sets at very reasonable prices. These work much better than cut down adult clubs. |
| Groups: | One instructor per 10 students, so the class sizes will be limited. Classes will be split up primarily by age. |
| Teachers: | The instruction will be led by PGA Professionals John Rainone and Brian Owens, who will be assisted by members of the golf shop staff. |
Womens Instructional League

The North Kingstown Golf Course will be offering a special women’s only clinic this spring. It will be geared towards beginner to novice women looking to graduate from a “student” to a “golfer”.
The program will cover all facets of the game and will include on course experiences to help make the new golfer comfortable on the course.
This instructional league will begin Wednesday, May 1st at 5:30 and run for 6 consecutive weeks. Students will need their own clubs. To sign up, send payment and registration to the golf course or you can sign up via telephone. Payment must be in form of a check or cash.
